RAIN @ OCEANEXT Conference
On the 9th of June 2016, Dr. Alan O’Connor, presented a keynote lecture on the RAIN project at the OCEANEXT Conference in Nantes, France. The title of his presentation was “Risk Analysis of Infrastructure Networks in Response to Extreme Weather including the Effects of Climate Change“. The OCEANEXT Conference is an Interdisciplinary event which brings together key scientists and stakeholders from multi-disciplinary areas of research around the sustainable use of ecosystem services and governance of marine and coastal areas. The conference themes build around the environmental and societal risks and opportunities for all our coastal and marine activities.
