RAIN Project in World’s Largest Gathering of Transportation Professionals, Annual Meeting TRB
Beatriz Martinez-Pastor, Maria Nogal, Alan O’Connor and Brian Caulfield presented their latest research in the field of Transport Resilience in the World’s Largest Gathering of Transportation Professionals, Annual Meeting TRB, where the team had the opportunity to be in contact with thousands of professionals and to receive multitude of feedbacks about the on-going research.
The Transportation Research Board (TRB) 95th Annual Meeting covered all transportation modes, with more than 5,000 presentations in nearly 800 sessions and workshops, including professionals of more than 70 countries. This year three “hot topics” were selected and between them, Resilience was selected. In addition, one of the days of the conference was described as the ‘Resilience day’, where most of the sessions were in line with this topic.
